Preparing food and entertaining has always been a passion of mine. With a degree in Hospitality Management and a career in Food and Beverage as an Event Planner and Catering Director, I have experience in creating many memorable events!

 

While raising children of my own and teaching food courses at a high school, I continually see the importance of food education and the need for the knowledge of cooking and nutrition. Teaching children and adults the taste difference in preparing their own food as opposed to store-bought, and taking away the stigma that cooking is difficult, is my specialty!

Preparing food with your family helps picky eaters take ownership and pride in what they prepare and allows for trying new foods!

 

My motto is community through cooking: in cooking together, we make valuable memories and make better food choices. 

 

As a certified Healthy Hands Instructor, I am excited about the opportunity to teach others about cooking healthy foods. Allow me to get you started on a healthier food pathway and have fun doing it!
